THE LEGAL STUFF
MAKING A BOOKING SIGNIFIES YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE CONDITIONS.
Booking
Bookings are secured by a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking.
Payment
If booking less than 56 days in advance, the full amount is payable at the time of booking
Otherwise the remaining balance (75%) is payable 56 days prior to arrival date.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £80 is taken at time of booking. This is refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to any damage or breakage caused at the property.
Cancellation
Cancellations can become necessary, so please consider taking out holiday insurance if none already in place.
The Owner will always endeavour to re-let your space for you and any monies received will mitigate any charges, as set out below:
56 days notice and above – Charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made
Less than 56 days notice – Charge equal to the full booking amount will be made
Use
The apartment may only be used as a holiday let for a maximum of 2 people.
Incoming guests may enter the apartment from 4pm – 6pm on arrival day. Requests outside of these hours may be accommodated, please get in contact with us by phone or email.
Guests must vacate it by 10am on the day of departure. There is no right to remain in the property after the holiday.
Pets and Smoking
Pets and smoking are not permitted under any circumstances
Loss of Property
The Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guest property in rooms or to cars using the reserved parking space.
The Guest Agrees
· To keep and leave the accommodation in a tidy state.
· To pay for any breakages and damage.
· Not to cause a nuisance to other guests.
· TV or music must be kept at a reasonable level in consideration of other guests/ neighbours.
· To allow the owners reasonable access to the property for inspection or maintenance as necessary.
General Disclaimers
The Owner reserves the right to accept or refuse bookings at his discretion.
S/he cannot be held responsible for failure of public utilities (water, gas and electricity), the wi-fi connection or disturbances beyond his control. S/he will endeavour as far as he is able to ensure that such events are resolved as quickly as possible.
Any breakages and or damage should be reported prior to departure, and where appropriate paid for, recognising that a property of this type will necessarily incur reasonable wear and tear.
All equipment (boiler, gas oven, appliances etc) has been serviced or tested in accordance with current legislation. S/he shall not be liable for any injury arising to any person staying at the apartment, nor accept responsibility for any damage or loss to personal property, including cars using the reserved parking space.
